My story probably starts a lot like yours.

I spent years doing all the right things for my health (or at least what I had been told were the right things to do for my health). I ate clean, purchased mostly organic, exercised daily, drank ample water, ate tons of protein, avoided sugar and sweets like the plague… yet I was struggling.

Dysregulated nervous system, chronic exhaustion, irregular & painful periods, brain fog, bloated after every meal, vigorous carb cravings, hair loss, acne and skin problems, rapid aging, always felt freezing cold, crazy PMS mood swings, high anxiety…

The list goes on and on.

Naturally, as my symptoms intensified, the harder I fought against them using all the same health hacks I had already been doing, because they were all I knew.

…Yet things progressively got worse.

After countless years of feeling trapped in survival mode yet having doctors tell me, “your labs are normal, nothing is wrong with you”, I finally decided that this was no longer going to be my story.

I was determined to heal and step into the vibrant health that I knew deep down was already mine, so it was time to dig deep and find some answers.

Over the following years, I took my health into my own hands, let go of everything I thought I knew about wellness, and started from scratch. With a fresh slate, I began rebuilding my knowledge from the ground up.

Slowly but surely, the pieces of this once-confusing puzzle started to fall into place.

I was amazed to learn the deep, intricate connection between the amount of safety my body was experiencing and the chronic health struggles I was living with.

For the first time in my life, I began to see food as fuel—something that nourished and allowed my body to thrive, rather than something to be feared. I learned how to create nutrient-dense meals using real food, embraced intuitive eating, implemented lifestyle changes that truly served me, and released the belief that my body was an enemy that needed to be tricked into cooperating.

And then, something incredible happened:

I started feeling amazing in my own skin—and my symptoms began to disappear.

I share this all to say…

I have been exactly where you are, and I made it to the other side.

I know what it feels like to have your personal health struggles dim your light. I know the challenge of trying to be a present mother, wife, and friend while feeling burnt out, dysregulated, and disconnected. I know the frustration of being stuck in survival mode despite all your best efforts.

Through my own journey, I’ve developed the tools and knowledge that I wish I had when I was in the midst of the struggle. I’ve done the work so you don’t have to.

Now, my focus is to guide women like you toward vibrant health and healing through deep nourishment.

With a step-by-step roadmap I’ve developed over the years, my goal is to help you reclaim your youthful vitality—and most importantly, enjoy your life along the way.

Along with my personal experience with chronic health struggles, I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), Certified Weight Training Instructor (CWTI) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). I am excited to walk by your side on your health and healing journey.
